The Atomic class is guaranteed to get your body moving and your heart pumping, because this is a demanding, high-intensity workout! This is a great way to get into our Airobix program.
Hurricane
Don’t be scared of the name, because once you start, you’ll treat this class like a game. During our Hurricane classes, you’ll be powering through nine sets of an upper body, lower body, and abdominal workout over three rounds to tone your body and improve basic training techniques.
Pyramid
Can you make it to the top? The Pyramid workout gets you reaching to the last rep, which will keep you going while having fun! In addition, the Pyramid is a great class to for facing off against a friend.
Warrior
The Warrior class is your day to test your speed, stamina, and your overall improvement in your fitness journey. In addition, these classes are a great benchmark to assess your current ability and improvement for beginners and advanced participants alike! Since this is your benchmark session, Warrior classes will require focus, stamina, and concentration. Make sure to bring your A-game!
